We stayed st Briza for two weeks in Sep 24 in a Deluxe room with a Plunge Pool. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The only addition I would request is a hand towel by the sink. Our fridge also leaked a bit of water but while annoying didn’t bother us. The gym is small but I used it every other day and it was fine. We also didn’t come to use a gym, we came to swim, hike, explore, dive and snorkel. We also used the pool a few times and the swim up bar as the cocktails are good and the prices are excellent. Ken and his staff are fantastic and the breakfasts were excellent, I have read a few other reviews that said their could have been a larger range of cereals and fruit and add smoothies, but for the brice of this hotel the breakfast is excellent value, with an egg cooking station, fresh pancakes and waffles, danishes as well as more authentic Thai options. We couldn’t fault the staff and compared to US, UK and Australia these countries honestly could learn a little more about hospitality from the Thai service industry. It is about 800m from Chaweng which allowed it to be a little quieter and you can choose to walk on the road or on the beach. There is a 7/11 two minutes away for any convenience needs. Rather than haggling for a scooter we opted to hire through the hotel and we had none of the other issues that many others faced with using rentals in Chaweng. The hotel is about 15 mins ride from Fishermans Village/ Bophut and 20 minutes to Silver Beach and 25 mins to Lamai. Our flight was at 6pm and Ken organized for us to remain in the room till we wanted with no extra charge (we stayed till after 4pm and yes we left a tip) and he also organized a taxi to pick us up and take us to the airport. Overall we cannot fault this hotel. To note it’s a little older but very well maintained and also built on the side of the hill which suited us but if you have mobility issues you may wish to add this as a consideration.

We recently spent 5 wonderful nights at The Briza Beach Resort, Samui, and it was a memorable experience! My husband and I stayed in a room with a private swimming pool. The resort is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene and peaceful ambiance. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the furniture inside the room was a bit worn and certain areas around the resort could use a fresh coat of paint, these minor details didn’t impact the comfort of our stay. Breakfast was buffet-style with a wide variety of delicious options. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute ride to the vibrant Chaweng Street and close to Chaweng Beach, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the noise. Golf carts were available upon request, which was convenient since, depending on your villa’s location, there might be a short walk to the main entrance, restaurant, or gym. We were also very satisfied with their airport pick-up and drop-off service. The cars were spotless, the drivers were polite and punctual, and the price was comparable to, if not cheaper, than Grab App—without the hassle. The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and we want to give special thanks to Mr. Ken, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. Overall, we highly recommend The Briza Beach Resort for anyone visiting Samui. We can’t wait to return! P.S: The pictures were taken upon our departure!

Beautiful resort - really great for a family.Super clean - the beds are a little firm but that’s to be expected and we had no issues with it. Great location - it’s at the quieter end but is a 2 minute taxi to busy end of Chaweng beach and Central Saumi. Pool was good for kids as it not too deep and our duplex was right next to it so that was great Amazing staff - we especially loved joining in on the Songkran festivities out the front of the resort Breakfast and lunch were both good There is 7/11 , Tops Daily and an excellent coffee shop within walking distance as well as the massage place directly across the road was lovely and my kids loved it !

The staff is very firendly, and tried to make you sure we had an enjoyable stay. The room are very big and we were lucky to have a room that had recently been renovated. The hotel is currently under renovation. There are still some part of the hotel that needs renovation, but for the price offered, I think it is very good value. The breakfast buffet was really good too with a choice of Thai food and european food.

Great hotel & excellent value. Doesn't have its own beach, but is one 30 seconds walk / paddle off the back of the hotel, which has bars & restaurants. 2 mins walk to 7-eleven, 10 mins walk to main drag of bars, shops & restaurants. Good breakfast & bettter han most buffet-style ones in Thailand. Even the mattresses were softer than the usual ones experienced. Absolute bargain for the price.
